'Marriage cannot reduce my fan base' - Singer, Aramide

In a new interview with Sunday scoop, Aramide made it clear that her marriage is not in any way affecting her music career and that her marriage can't affect her fan base. Read excerpts from the interview below...


"Being married has been very wonderful. I'm glad that I took the decision to walk down the aisle. Although, people expected it to be tough and distract me or drag my career, but I must say that I've been able to do so much even as a married woman. My husband supports my moves and I'm glad about this. I don’t believe that marriage reduces an artiste's fans. An artiste only loses her fans when she fails to deliver as much as expected. Marriage is something that anybody should take pride in and I'm one of such persons. My fan base can only reduce when I stop performing optimally. But that is not a chance that I want to take."
