Breaking: President Buhari finally arrives Nigeria (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari has finally arrive Nigeria after about 103 days in London, United Kingdom where he received medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment.


The Nigerian Airforce plane carrying Mr. Buhari landed at the Nnamdi Azikwe international airport, Abuja at exactly 4.36 p.m. Nigerian time.

He was received by top government officials led by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.

The President, decked in a brown kaftan, mounted the rostrum and took the national salute before the men of the Brigades of Guard.

He did not inspect the Guard of Honour mounted for him before proceeding to the presidential lodge with dignitaries who were on hand to receive him

Dozens of state officials arrived the airport hours earlier to await Mr. Buhari’s arrival.
