Evans arraigned in court, pleads guilty (Photos)

Billionaire kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans was arraigned in court on Wednesday and has pleaded guilty to kidnapping charges brought against him by the Lagos State Government.


The billionaire kidnapper who was charged alongside five of his accomplishes, Uche Amadi, Ogechi Uchechukwu, Okwuchukwu Nwachuckwu, Chilaka Ifeanyi and Victor Chukwunonso Aduba pleaded guilty to a two count charge of kidnapping brought against him by the state.

Three of them including Evans pleaded guilty while the three others pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge of Kidnapping and conspiracy.

Evans promptly responded that, ‘I am guilty’ when the charges were read to him.

Evans was represented by his counsel, Olukoya Ogungbeje.
