Kcee joins Anambra governorship race (See Campaign Poster)

Music star, Kinsley Okonkwo better known as Kcee of Five Star Music has announced his intention to run for Anambra state Governorship election.


The singer on Thursday took to his instagram page declaring his interest to run for the position.

The slogan aptly captured on his banner reads, ‘Peace and enjoyment for all.’

He posted the first campaign poster which his name 'Kingsley' was wrongly spelt before posting a corrected poster with the caption;

"I'm so impressed that we still have citizens of this great country that pay attention to detail. Kudos to all who noticed the errors on the previous poster, it is in-line with our theme which is 'Attention To Detail'. The world is watching and it's time we all start paying attention to detail. We must all get involved in making this country great again. #nottooyoungtorun #attentiontodetail"

Kcee told his fans to anticipate the big announce which will be made public and officially on August 8.

Recall that Yul Edochie had earlier declared his interest to run for the November election.

Both celebrities are yet to announce under what platform they will be running.

The governorship election is to hold in November this year.
