Beyoncé and JAY-Z acquires $26m Hamptons home (Photos)

The Carters have reportedly dropped $26 million on a Hamptons home.

TMZ reports that the Carters have purchased a 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom crib in East Hampton, where they’ll have a 12,000-square-foot property on two acres of land.

According to the report, the lavish home also comes with scenic views of the Georgica Pond, luxurious, Italian marble-sculpted bathrooms, an 18th century carved stone fireplace, an 1,800-square-foot guest cottage, and an infinity edge pool.

The power-couple has rented Hamptons homes in the past, spending $400,000 to stay in a 31,000-square-foot house, known as the Sandcastle, for one month. The duo also currently own homes in New York City and New Orleans. Since the birth of Sir and Rumi, the Carters have been renting out a Malibu mansion for $400,000 a month.
