Cardi B is officially Engaged!
American rapper, Offset got down on bended knee on Friday to propose to female rapper and his girlfriend, Cardi B in front of about 20,000 fans at a Concert in Philly and she accepted his proposal.
The couple has been together since the beginning of the year.
Congrats to them.
