First photo of Robert and Grace Mugabe since he resigned from office as Zimbabwe's President

Here is the first photo of former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe and his wife Grace since he resigned from office.

Zimbabwean media reports that the photograph was taken shortly after he signed his resignation letter on Tuesday.

The picture shows Mugabe and his wife with some of his close aides including the country's former reserve bank governor Gideon Gono.

Meanwhile, Robert Mugabe will be attending the inauguration of former vice president, Emmerson Mnangagwa tomorrow as the new President.
