Former Minister of State for Defence under Goodluck Jonathan's administration, Musiliu Obanikoro, today formally defected from Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC. The defection ceremony took place at the Campos mini stadium in Lagos Island.
